The Essentials Package

I am often asked to create only a logo as part of a not yet existing brand identity.

Totally logical, because creating a complete corporate identity can be very expensive and time consuming.

However, what most people won’t tell you is that context is just as important as your logo. If you want to leave a memorable and consistent impression for your customer, then the way you communicate with them has to be streamlined on all levels.

I designed the Essential Package to help creating that bit of context to your brand in the shape of a basic Brand Identity. The idea behind this package is that you get a base for a complete corporate identity without having to invest in a lot of elements around it to have a clear picture of what your brand looks like, which is often the case.

For who?

Small to medium sized (starting) companies with a smaller budget.

Start-ups who don’t have a clear vision yet of who their client is or what their business model looks like. However, you may need to present yourself professionally for investors and other stakeholders.

Businesses who might have in-house designers working for them, to utilize the

It doesn’t cost as much as an having an entire (Premium) branding developed for your company. This is great if you are just starting out, or in the phase of defining your business model.

Present yourself in a much more professional way to your customers, when you have a brand identity instead of just a logo.

You do not only have a logo, but you also have the essentials to start building your brand professionally (logo, colours, fonts, photography style & iconography. This established with a stylescape.

What do other people say?

Lisa and I joined forces at the marketing agency we both worked for. Lisa as a designer, myself as a communication advisor. In that way Lisa and I worked often on the same projects. I was always surprised by the level of creativity and originality of Lisa. She had a success rate of almost 100% during presentations of corporate identities and webdesign. I loved working with Lisa because of her bubbliness, crazy ideas and the positivity she brings at the table.”

Rob Smeets

I’ve worked with Lisa on different projects for a few years now. I’ve always loved her style and approach to brand design. Recently, she’s produced a whole (re)brand identity for my coaching business and I can’t imagine a more satisfying process and result. The entire collaboration has been so personal and careful yet super efficient and with mind-blowing outcomes every step of the way. Lisa is to-the-point, an incredible designer, super efficient, and in my view a fast-growing designer talent. If you resonate with her visual/graphic style and you are looking for a designer that gets your needs early in the process and that consistently over-delivers within your timeline, I’d recommend Lisa over and over again.”

Alix Rufas

I recently worked with Lisa to create stylescapes for brand direction, and also the logo for a rebrand. From the start she understood everything I required and was keen to learn everything about the project to ensure it was strategic and effective. When changes were needed she was quick to make them and overall the work was exceptional. I’ve always struggled to find someone of a high enough standard but Lisa absolutely killed it. It was a pleasure to work with her.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you do. Unlike most designers, I don’t believe in licensing brand design when I make custom branding exclusively for your business. I only keep rights solely for the purpose of showcasing the project and promote my services.

However, any photos or fonts used in the development of the branding, should be licensed by you seperately.

There are many designers that show multiple concepts. In my experience, when your designer shows you more than one concept, he/she already knows which is the best, and will hope you will pick it.

I decided to skip this risky game of giving clients choice for choice’s sake. Instead of leaving the work of refining a “not quite right” logo to you, the client, I put more upfront work into understanding your brand.

If I understand your brand, I can hit on one best solution out of the gate. I want to create a design that exceeds your expectations, delights your customers, and helps you meet goal after goal.

What if we don’t hit it out of the park on the first design concept?

I never force a client to accept a concept, or press forward trying to revise the wrong concept. In our partnership, we are the design experts, but you are always the expert on your own business.

If you don’t believe my design idea will help you meet your goals or work for your brand, we’ll start again from scratch. If the first design is not right, it’s almost always because I didn’t have all the info we needed. So we go back to the research and discovery phase, and then begin again with a stronger understanding of the project.

This is something that almost never happens. So if it does turn out that I didn’t understand something important about your brand, of course we go back and make it right.

Every client gets max. 2 rounds of revisions for every piece of a project. No one is stuck with our first idea if it’s not right.

Every process is different. Overall The Premium Package can take 6-8 weeks to develop.

However, strategy is never a straight line. We might run into some things that need reconsideration. Is your timeline quicker? Let’s have a call and see what we can do to meet your deadline.

I currently don’t communicate pricing on my website, because I first need a complete understanding of your business, goals and timeline to estimate the amount of work your brand requires.

If you’re interested about my services and pricing, I’d love to hop on a free consultation call with you to determine what problems you face now, and how we can solve them.
